Services

We are working on expanding our outreach. Some of these services may not be immediatly available, but they are coming soon!
Connections
Our Connections Program matches pairs and small groups of older individuals and youth. They are given the chance to meet in person, or connect through weekly, monthly, or quarterly video calls.
Age Support
Aging is hard. We are working to compile a database of resources, which we will share with those in our Age Support Program. This includes Meals on Wheels, County Services, and support groups.
Skill Swap
In our Skill Swap Workshops, seniors teach valuable skills to younger people and vice versa. This allows mentorship and connection through meaninful activity and life skills that can be useful to both parties.
